Error ( -2) mean your social account is not bounded to any game account bro.
so please contact the Customer Service to solve your problem. have you do that?

There is an official announcement in-game about this issue. It will be fixed on the next update.

@Drewan That's the explanation. "Error (-2)" mean "The account is not bound to any game data". Which is mean that account (facebook/VK/Google) is not binded to any game account or has been unbind from the game account. The thing that will be fixed is the error message (the notice) in the next update. The notice "Error (-2), please contact Customer Service" will be replaced to "Target account has not been bound to any game data".

So if the players believe that their game account has been bound to his social media account but they get this error when try to login, they need to contact the Customer Service to help them to retrieve their account.

Yes, that's right. I just felt that he's still unconvinced about what you told him. And said to tell him what the announcement said about the issue and when it will be solved+proof to make everything sure.

As you said, the right thing to do is to contact Customer Service and notify them about it.
