Stuck on 50% before match starts then getting stuck in lobby(with screenshots)

as the title says
i get stuck on 50% loading(see first image) in every match since today's update, it would get stuck on 50% for a while n then it would take me back to hero picking phase where im stucked like forever(as shown in 2nd image).
no way to get out of that screen. restarting is the only option which gets me back to 50% n vice versa. because is * I've got a credit score of 85 in just 3 matches.
never had this problem until today
Tried reinstalling n Its still the same
Specs: 4gb Ram/ android OS

Please join official discord channel and go to support assistance to report this.
This is the faster way to communicate with the official than in game customer support.
