MLBB Current Possible BUG(updated regularly)

Hello fellas how are you? MLBB recently just reached 100 Million downloads on play store thanks to you guys.
As we know this is online game and very big one, so this is possible we may find bug from time to time and its normal trust me.
But sometimes it is harder to track all the bug and issues with so many thread.
Also creating thread for every possible bug is kinda repeatative. Sp this is my approach to you guys.
I will update this thread time to time with recent possible bug and its current update.
Please note that normal lag issue wont be counted on this thread. but if you face lag recently you can post here.


First of all, i will clear some basic rules and regulations for this thread.

* Please provide at least a screenshot of the bug. Video is most welcome. besides your explaination, a screenshot or video
is much needed to understand the bug or issue correctly.

* Besides posting here, you also need to send a bug report to in game customer support.
i will attach a link which will help you to understand the in game csutomer support.

* Please do not post any false bug report. I will take this very seriously. Thanks.

* Do not share any personal information here, like id or pass. Please do not share your password with anyone.
in future i can ask for your server id and thats it, no more than that.

* i can not tell you exact date of possible bug fix. Also i am like you guys. I will report these bug alongside you guys.

I think thats it for now. Lets go to the basic troubleshooting and how to contact in game customer support.

How to contact in game customer support for bug report.

Method 1
Tap on the blue headset icon on located on the top left corner besides your profile avatar.

Tap on the Blue Headset icon

Go to help as shown on image

Gp to help

tap 4. Bug Report

Select 4. Bug report

Select bug report form

Tap on the form

It will be look like this, fill it up with proper screenshot or video url

Then press the submit button. done!

Submit

Will take 3-9 days depends on the traffic.
Please be patient.

Replies will be almost instant. sometimes it will take 10-60 mins.

Method 3

3-9 days max for reply.

Please keep in mind that Method 1 is mostly preferable.
if 1 is not working then try Method 2.
If 1 and 2 both are not working(which is almost impossible!) then try method 3.
Method 3 is only for account hack issues. But i told you the conditions above.

Now lets talk about the current possible bug in the game.

BUG 1
Name: Account switching
Symptoms: Can not switch account, showing error -2 please contact customer support while trying to switch, raising heartbeat!

Possible treatment: Trying to clearing game cache from settings>apps>mobile legends might help.
Current update: Officials are working on this and they are fixing every server so it will take some time. Please have some patience.

BUG2
Name: Stuck on Loading screen
Symptoms: app freezes while loading on the loading screen, can stuck on battle loading screen(0%)

Possible treatment: Clearching game cache helps most of the time.
Current Update: Officials aware of this issue and working on it.

BUG3
Name: Battle and skill button position issue on 18:9 aspect ratio devices
Symptoms: The battle button and skill buttons have gaps between end of the screen, players not used to with this and having problem adjusting with it accordingly.

Possible treatment: Try to adjust it for now or not play rank(!) if you feel uncomfortable.
Current Update: This is very recent issue but already officials aware of this issue and working on it.

Thats it for now. Once i found enough feedback on the new bug i will update it here. Also i will let you guys know the current update about those bugs. So this thread will be updated on daily basis. Thank you.

There is a bug with Lolita’s shield and sabers flying sword. The animation of the swords doesn’t disappear when the swords get blocked...

I doesn’t happen a lot, I think it only happens when it’s extremely laggy.

I see. Me also checked and it was working fine. But I will keep that in mind.
