I had reset my hand set and I am not to to bind as it asking for lvl 8, kindly help

Did you bind your account before reset?
Also right now bypassing level 8 video is not working as some people reported.

why you guys add that think for bindding (need lv. 8) its just so annoying us for old player to join back to the game

and pls add for skip stupid tutorial for old player at beggining re-joining

they can learn by them-self
