I am from the philippines and i am surprised that no one made a report about this issue. I believe this issue started 3 patches back wherein, if we play any game mode(brawl,classic,rank etc) and it happens that we have other players from different countries(still south east asia though) the game will start with a ping of 283 from start to finish. I hope you get this fixed as it drastically affect our game play. Imagine trying to climb ranks through the season, you get to play with difficult players, difficult team mates and this new issue.. lag.. please do something because this is really frustrating specially if you are already on a losing streak.

Try to turn on gps while playing rank game.
This will prevent cross server players ping issue.
