Bug&crashing in the middle of the game

I want to report my husbands ML. It eventually stops (crash) in the middle of his game and keeps on returning back from the start downloading again and again... now he only got 56 of his credit score and its very disappointing. We already did the basic trouble shooting steps and still nothing changes. He can enter the match but in the middle of his game It stops and goes back from the start (..
