There is a bug in gussion when he use his 2nd skill sometimes it will disappear if stunned or crowd controled please fix

I Cannot switch account !

I have a lvl 30 account on iOS device, and i want to transfer to Android. I already tried with Moonton and Facebook and this message keep showing "Failed to switch account because this account is not connected to any game data. Please try again."

According to rules and regulations, you can not switch from ios to android or vice versa. Hope you understand.

Help me, on my phone it has another account logged in but when I switch account it doesn't work.
I just recently installed it again but it still wouldn't work.
