I cant log in my old account from andriod to ios

According to mlbb rules and regulations, you can not transfer your acxoacc from android to ios or vice versa.

me too. my account got reset and im now stuck in new account. Cannot switch to old account. Until now... I have contacted Customer service but they reply too sloowwww.
