Help me recover my account pleaseeeeeeeeee It says "Account Not Bound"

I made a 2nd account on app named Parallel Space and then I bound it there then when I uninstalled paralllel lines and then I installed it again the account was gone and it says "Account Is Not Bound" HELP PLEASEEEE!!!! IS THERE OTHER WAY TO RECOVER IT?

I WENT TO THE CUSTOMERS SERVICE AND IT SAID WAIT FOR OUR RESPONSE AND THEN WHEN I LOOKED BACK IT RESTARTED WTF? PLEASE MOBILE LEGENDS FIX THIS!

As you can see in this thread. This is a huge issue. Other players are being affected as well. Do something about it.

I REPORTED IT ON THE CUSTOMERS SERVICE AND IT SAYS WAIT FOR 2-7 DAYS AND THEN WHEN I GET BACK TO IT IT WAS RESTARTED IT WAS BACK AGAIN IN MULTIPLE CHOICES QUESTIONS

I checked it again and it says "sorry dear hero for the inconvenience we will work for it" HOW MUCH TIMEEEEE???  MAYBE THE DEVS WILL DELETE IT!!
