Same with me @Indonesia, using two kind ISP : First Media and Telkom. Using iOS, both happen using iPad Mini 2 and iPhone 5s. Trying to uninstall not a solution. Happen after last update mobile legend. I agree with solution using VPN, but very dangerous when play using VPN because the connection unstable. Let the developer solve this problem, it is not user problem.

I had same problem while using wifi , my wifi was Indihome(Indonesian ISP) i had 3 phones also and 3 accounts , all of them error while using some ISP like indihome , it happened since last night , my phone was Iphone 6s , Iphone 6s + , also Ipad pro 9.7

Oh No.
Everyone's been facing this problem simultaneously.
Try reinstalling the game or turning off VPN (Mostly, it can be the cause why you could not play ML.)
If the problem still occurs, try clearing the data of the game or clear its cache, then launch the application once more.
If the error screen still appears, send an email here : mobilelegendsgame@gmail.com
And wait for a response. This might be an error caused due to updating.
