To be honest I just randomly download a VPN app, so any should work, but the one I used is VPNProxyMaster.

Just click the "on" button at the bottom of the page and allow VPN changes to be made, that's all. After that you can choose optimal location or just click any countries. I recommend Singapore if you're in SEA.



After you clear loading page, you can turn it off and everything will be back to normal.

Do this: close the game first, restart your phone. Then use the VPNProxyMaster, select India server to connect to. Then, start your game. The problem should be gone.

I’ve went through this solution for 3 times in a row now, always fix the bug for me.

Tell me your exact steps leading to this; did you reset advertising identifier before you reinstall the game? Because normally, reinstalling will not affect your account that you had already logged in unless factory reset for IOS.
