Cant Switch Account to IOS -> im sick with this problem

My olde device android, i want to switch to IOS (better device),

April 2018 before update the problem is, it said this acc is not bound to social platform, in reality it already bound, after update May 2018,
it said this ( Faild to switch because this account is not connected to any game data, Please try again)... I already bound to anything..

if I know this problem will happen in first place, i will not spend my money for diamond.

The only option you have is basically starting a new account on IOS...because switching between the 2 isnt possible

lol its bs. Its not our failure! Why we start from the beginning? Its devs fail to programme it on this way. Its not a special thing to switch accounts. Basic one! We dont want your generosity. We just want our hard earned account or money back! Never heard that kind of a sick advice
