I can't switch account, even though the account I want to switch into is bound. I've complained about this several times, but no actions seems to have been done.

My accounts cant be switched either. I spent really time on my old one. Give my heroes and skins back or refund my money that i spent!! Or just pay me credit to get my heroes and skins back
