There plenty reasons that make you cant login to old account, maybe your current account (account that currently in your phone) not reach lv8, and iOS phone cant login to android account (also Android cant login to iOS too). If not this 2 reasons, you can always contact in-game CS and give all details about your situation, they can help you.
same problem here, and I still havnt recieve a response from them. those 2 reasons stated above are not the reasons why I can't switch :( it's been two days :'(

Dear moonton, i have been playing mobile legend for 11 months with my iphone 5 and i have reached mythic lvel, no problem so far but one last month on indonesia time gmt+7 i can't playing mobile legend anymore because always force close. I do restrart, change my network, uninstall n install again but the result still the same, please reply n fix it!?
