How to counter Lesley?

Assassins or very mobile heroes are your best bet. Catching her off guard and keeping her from farming is best method (but most lesley's are aware and cautious). Lesley is weak early game but still better than most mm's early game honestly. I'm a ruby main and I often use my 1st skill to hit invisible Lesley's (as it's my aim rather than auto). And if i can catch her off guard, I will often flicker hook her into my team. She usually can't get out in time since she's very squishy. Late game... she's OP as hell with her massive crit damage and fast attacks. She can destroy a tank's hp in like, 4-5 hits (so squishies stand no chance).
