Is this how it works moderators Elva and freya? When i them told clearly about hacked time and after that i didnt donated anything, so the hacker donated.. Even when i showed them payment 2 years old and this year my last payment 03 month. And still "sorry we are just lazy and not gonna bring back your acc" deal with the hacker your own. I disappointed with this work, even i can show them all paat two years payments and they still would say "sorry, we not gonna help you bring back your acc" i clearly see how it works.
P.s. i can show a lot more pictures about it. I hope mobile legends you will be happy with this. Good luck

Ok did you provide payment screenshot to them?
If accounts need to be recovered, you nust provide payment screenshot of you ever purchased any diamond.
Please provide us the feedback here.

Yes, i provided them the first and the last record. All information i provided and i can again prove it. As you can see in the photos, that i explained after hacked account 2018-05-02 it was hacked and i didnt donated anything, my last donate was 03 month and explained that the hacker donated. If the hacker donated that day, why didnt try to recover account, becaz he knew that he doesnt have the first payment and he isnt the owner of that account..

What i meant was where is the purchase receipt.
In the ss, i can clearly see that customer support wanted the proof of payment.

There is one problem. In my acc i have only facebook binded, all others are hackers binded. I hope it wont get any effect becaz hes email is binded.
But i have writted i message about it to mobilelegendsgame@gmail.com

Here i sended 35 screenshots about payment fro the first and last. And i added my bank card photo where given information master card number. I writted another letter to mobilelegendsgame@gmail.com and still no answer
