We apologize for the inconvenience, what do you mean, the account is played by someone else?
Previously did you give your game data to others?
Did you click on a pishing link that offers free diamond or skins?
If you think your account is hacked, you should contact Customer Service immediately.
Tap icon customer service to the left youtube icon> Account Problem> Retrieve Account> Account be hacked.

Does your phone have enough ram?
Can you try to reinstall it?
And maybe clear cache of the game

Otherwise contact the customers service with the steps mentioned in the thread

What kind of payment problem are you having? Can you please further elaborate your concern and send a screenshot of the error?

@Haikalfitri, do what the error has said. Though, can you send me a screenshot of that error or dialog that pops out?

Can you try to reopen ML?  if you have binded your account... Try to go to advance server then switch back to Normal... Do update me if what happens.
