I have no Bind accounts and reinstalled the game and I don't know how to log in to my old account.. Is there away to switch back to my old account? The only thing I have that can be bind is my play store. I dont have a fb or any media..

ML sana matulungan niyo ako. 1week na akong hindi nkakapaglaro ng ML na stuck na kasi sa loading screen yung ML ko. Hanggang sa may ActivitySummerGift nlng humihinto. Malakas naman signal ng data ko. Sinubukan ko na rin lahat lahat uninstall install clear data clear cache force stop tsaka mag reboot. Pero ganun parin. Pa help naman sa problema ko gusto ko na kasi maglaro ulit. Okay, at first, I've tried to cantact the CS via in-game:

Well, my problem is I can't unbind my Facebook account from my ML account. My FB account got banned, and when I try to unbind it from my ML account, I need to log in on Facebook first, but I can't because it had been banned.

So let me fill the form here;

I've looked through the issue, you've contacted the CS in game but you got the webpage was not available.

There are other option beside ingame CS
Have you tried contacting the customer service through via email MobileLegendsGame@gmail.com ?
Describe your issue thoroughly and provide your game information, Game ID, ID no., and server no.

Please be patient as the reply might take 3-9 days (working hour) as there are many players reporting their issue

I've tried any option that available by the CS via in-game, but again I got the webpage is not available.

I've tried to sent a mail to the mail that you've mentioned before, with all of the detail like I wrote here above.

Why just can't erase the Facebook acc on my ML acc, so that I can bind another one? Must I to provide more if this is my account? I've sent my order history. And this is mine, I'm not stole it from others. OMG.

Normally we can unbind the facebook and replacing it with new FB accounts easily.
But due to your FB is banned and you're stuck with the old account, you will need to contact to the customer service.

I don't mind you guys to replace it with the new FB account, I just need that old account to be erased on my ML account. I've bind my Google Play Games on my ML account, of course. Just that, just erase that FB on my ML account.

And you know what? A few hours ago I just created a thread on "Suqad & Teammate" sub-forum. My squad is opening an recruitment. So I copy that thread-link, and I follow up to ML FACEBOOK FANSPAGE. Once I comment on there, BOOM! I GOT BANNED. Funny, eh?
