Went to buy the hero box thing for 35 tickets for the event and it gave me 25 spinner tickets, took my chance to buy the hero box, and charged me 5 tickets.  Please fix.  You can see in my account that I don’t have any of the hero’s listed on the mystery hero box.

I’m not a scrub and have spent 40-50-60 bucks or whatever on the game so far.  Also, my Tigreal Pro Build is ranked #9

Also, it doesn’t show that I used one of my chances to buy the 5 ticket box that has a chance of receiving 25 tickets.

I don’t know what happened.  Resolving this issue would be much appreciated.

On another note, Uranus is Disappointing!  Lol.

I want to suggest new Lancelot skin for august starlight skin. It's theme is painter where the skin name is Famous Artist. All effect appearance is painting effect with rainbow color. He use large and long paintbrush as a weapon. Additionally his T-shirt will have a starlight logo and his T-shirt color is purple. He has a pallets sticking to his right shoulder. That's all for the new skin Lancelot starlight august. I hope this skin will be chosen.

It sometime occur where your account money got deducted but you don't receive dias due to some kind of technical issue. Dont worry you wont lose your dias. Check your email if you receive any receipt from Google/or itunes store. And contact our CS in-game > payment problem > and provide them the receipt and your account details and wait for reply. Hope you get your dias soon. ty

the next zone won't be unlocked due to its cooldown, even if yoi have finished the previous quests. So don't worry, it will we unlocked once the required time is met.

but I never receive any response from customer service. do you really check the issues submitted or do you just put that button there to make people feel like they have a voice but it's actually useless?
