Dear players, Greetings! Today we present you a brand new section: <Talk With Developer>, through which we hope to make a deeper communication with players and allow players to take part in game design and development. We sincerely hope that you will like this new section!
Q: What’s the plan forrecent balance adjustment?
A: First of all, we are going to, according to the statistics and feedback of different-level players, re-evaluate heroes’ power and proceed regular balance adjustment. Taking Clint as an example: Clint performed in a quite dominant way recently. His passive provides a very large attack range for him which becomes very intractable to other heroes. Therefore,we will accordingly reduce the attack range of his passive. Secondly, we found out that current battle environment was not friendly to mage heroes, so we hope to change the situation and to see mage heroes in every games after two-version adjustments.
Q: Indeed, mage heroes donot have much power. We often see two marksmen or two assassins in a team’s line up.
A: Yes, mage heroes are relatively weak while marksman heroes can easily decide the winning or losing in the game,which results in that it doesn’t have requirement on a logical lineup in present game. So, apart from balance adjustments on heroes, we also will take another step to improve the importance of mage heroes by optimizing and perfecting our gear system (the relevant discuss will be quite massive, we’ll temporarily stop here first and continue next time), designing more mage heroes for thegame and etc.
Q: Except for improvingmage heroes, any adjustment on heroes in other kinds of positions? Like jungling?
A: Good question. We’ve been paying a keen attention to jungle gameplay. On the mobile phone, the screen usually is wider, so it has a higher requirement on the design of deployment of bushes. We nowhave been making new attempts and testing and will adjust positions of bushesin future updates in order to improve the effectiveness of GANK. The fights injungle area will soon intensify.
Q: So development team is focusing on improve the competitiveness of the game?
A: Exactly, we’ve been keeping a higher requirement and expectation to wards the competitiveness of Mobile Legends. Itand game balance, are two priorities of game development. For example, wereleased the Arena Contest on Jan. 28th which set off a great wave of competition. In the near future, we will develop some online team contest,whose difference from Arena Contest is that the team contest will be more professional and competitive. In the mean time, we are expecting to find more players who are willing to share their great games and battles, and furthermore, to support and encourage them by giving rewards or recommending them on official platforms. Let’s grow stronger and improve together!
