Wings of Holiness - Rafaela

Hero Revamp: As more heroes have been added to ML, Rafaela has had some difficulty adapting to the new metas. Therefore, we decided to drastically adjust Rafaela, hoping that she will return to the focus of our players

Skill 1 - Sacrificial Spirit

Sacrificial Spirit hits enemy units faster than before, creating a smoother experience.

Skill 2 - Light of Retribution

Movement speed of allied units healed by Light of Retribution receive a 50% increase for 1 second.

Ultimate - Holy Baptism

Enemy units hit by Holy Baptism experience a 60% reduction in movement speed. Continuously hitting the same enemy unit increases damage by 10%. Stacks up to 5 times.

Passive - Sacrificial Spirit

Upon death, Rafaela becomes a spirit for 4 seconds. As a spirit, Rafaela continuously heals her nearby friendly heroes and increases their movement speed. After the effect ends, Rafaela will use Holy Light to deal true damage to all nearby enemy units

I don't know what to do now. I wasted my 899 diamonds for nothing. I sent an email to mobilelegends about this. I just need to wait for their response. They want to me to to CS in game portal to fillout the form. However it's not working as it requires to upload an image or screenshot of the payment that was made. I can't upload no matter how I tap or click on the camera icon nothing happens.

But how can we prove that we paid for this? Since there is no receipt provided! They removed the skin from the shop and there is no access to it. So disappointing!
