You still have the proof as it will appear on your profile. Check on the recently obtained skin bottom part. You can still see the Savior skin of Rafa but you won't be able to use it. Purchase receipt is on the email, however only the diamonds will be shown on the receipt.

try to send an email as well to MobileLegendsGame@gmail.com provide everything and attach all the screenshots of your payment and other evidence. Maybe it's just a sysyem glitch . Hoping that it will be back this week. As per their post it says launching date by this weekend.
