I would like to suggest to have Mobile Legends API available in public for developers. Just like in dota where you have players, matches, and tournament endpoints ( www.opendota.com) you can use to make
different apps such as stats site, tracking of live matches, tracking of teams, etc.

Although not entirely impossible. It would cost more money to maintain such servers so it would most likely be a paid subscription unless there are some sponsors who would help maintain it.
