i intended to buy 500Diamonds so ican buy New Lesley Skin..Payment Successful showed in the screen and 500Php was deducted to my Mastercard Acct. and few moments later.. ERROR (-999996) showed in my screen..and my diamonds remained at 20... i tried to contact them via EMAIL..they replied contact us via in game and fill up the PAYMENT FEEDBACK FORM...when i filled it up.. i can't upload any pictures of my proof of purchase send by Google Play.. any MOD that could help me here?

Why cant you upload the images?
Does the inage size exceed the limit?
Try to resize it with any inage resizer or image compressor app fron app or play store and then try again to upload. Thanks.
