Angela launches love energy in a designated direction, dealing 170/200/230/260/290/320 points of Magic Damage and adding a Lover's Mark. Each stack of Lover's Mark increases the amount of damage the target takes by 20%/20%/20%/20%/20%/20%, and reduces their movement speed by 10%/10%/10%/10%/10%/10%. Lasts 4/4/4/4/4/4 seconds, and can be stacked up to 5/5/5/5/5/5 times. Restores 100/115/130/145/160/175 HP to friendly targets. Up to 5/5/5/5/5/5 charges can be stored (recharge time is affected by cooldown reduction).

Tips : Try to store as many charges as you can before attacking, as high stacks of Lover's Mark can result in very impressive damage.

Puppet-on-a-String
Angela launches a puppet string at the specified target, dealing 300/330/360/390/420/450 points of Magic Damage and gradually slowing the target by up to 80%/80%/80%/80%/80%/80%. If the target is still connected to the string after 3/3/3/3/3/3 seconds, they will be immobilized for 1.5/1.5/1.5/1.5/1.5/1.5 seconds and take 450/495/540/585/630/675 points of Magic Damage. Each Lover's Mark increases the final damage by <%Num5>.

Tips : The follow-up damage dealt when connected is quite high, so try to stay as close to the target as possible.

Heartguard
Angela gathers energy to generate a shield for a friendly target, which absorbs 1200/1600/2000 damage for 6/6/6 seconds. Shortly after this, she will become attached to the friendly target for 12/12/12 seconds (all skills can still be used for the duration and will not consume Mana). If you use this skill again, or if the friendly target dies, this effect will be canceled.

Tips : Protecting low-HP teammates in the nick of time can be very effective in turning the tide of battle.

Smart Heart
Each time Angela uses a skill, her movement speed increases by 15% for 4 seconds, up to 30%. This acceleration effect will also be applied to her attached ally.

Tips : Using skills increases her movement speed. Attached allies also benefit from this speed increase.

I have 4 days of starlight membership left, I purchased the 3 month one 3 months ago and I can't use this skin??? Also I didn't receive last month's tickets or this month's so 400 total.. what am I paying for exactly?

Maybe it because you purchases the SEASONAL stralight ?
If i'm not wrong, seasonal stralight only allowed you to have all starlight privilege in one season.
Angela Shanghai Maiden released in season 9, meanwhile you bought season 8 starlight..
