Cara mengembalikan akun yg lupa dikaitkan

Bagaima cara mengembalikan akun mobile Legends yg lupa dikaitkan dengan media sosial?
Saya sudah mengisi foam formulir yg di butuhkan, tapi pihak mobile Legends meminta bukti pembayaran top up via google play, sedangkan selama ini saya top up melalui codashop, saya berikan bukti pembelian via codashop, tapi pihak mobile Legends membalas dengan statemen yg intinya pihak mobile legends tidak dapat membantu.

Jadi saya harus bagaimana?

apa kamu yakin sudah benar data yang dikirimkan?
untuk bukti dari codashop, setahu saya bukti pembayaran yang dibutuhkan itu harus diminta melalui cs codashop terlebih dahulu. karena saat pembelian kita tidak mendapatkan payment receipt nya. mungkin bisa dicoba lagi menghubungi cs lagi bro, dan siapkan terlebih dahulu data-data yang dibutuhkan.

maaf saya hapus SS nya bro, karena bisa beresiko digunakan orang lain. silahkan kamu konsultasi lagi langsung ke CS nya, mungkin bisa langsung dilampirkan SS bukti transaksi tersebut ke mereka.
