It only lasts for 5 seconds and cooldown is too long, 50 seconds!! I play Ruby sometimes and I use this as one of my core items and I also use it on Fanny sometimes. I suggest keep the 15% only lifesteal when hp below 40%, but no cooldowns. I'm fine having cooldown with the reduce damage taken, but make the cooldown shorter like 20 seconds. Right now, I don't think WotAQ is worth getting by any heroes.

yea its only useful for some assassins/fighters. 5 secs? thats not enough for tanks. only good for escapes

1. ruby isn't the only hero who uses it
2. ruby relies on lifesteal to sustain in battle. if she can't sustain, then her role as crowd controller is useless
3. lifesteal is easily countered by deadly blade and necklace of durance

No. Deadly blade does not counter lifesteal, it counters regen rate. You can even test it.

And that over the top lifesteal makes her harder than a tank. This is actually one of the main reasons why a two tank meta exists (a main tank and an off tank like Ruby).

Ruby is NOT a tank. The amount of lifesteal makes her even more survivable than a late game tank.

Ruby deserves this. She is a fighter, not a tank. NO BUFF.
