Starlight Payment Problem

I've bought the july starlight membership but it didn't activate. There was no confirmation email or anything but the payment went through ( as i checked my bank account) .I've tried contacting in game cs , mlbb email and such but no one  even care to reply. I have a screenshot of my bank account's mini statement .

I've found many similar threads like this facing the same issue and i never find the problem being solved . I dont believe this i, i mean mobile legend is a big and trending game right now with 100+ million downloads just on android . I never expected this type of customer service from them.

Please contact in game customer support as soon as possible.
Tap on the blue headset icon on the top left corner besides google play games icon or instagram like icon.
GO to help and select bug report.
Provide all the necessary information along with the screenshot.
Submit and wait for reply.
