Time-out penalty from matchmaking

When it comes to players for their AFK behaviors, negative gaming behaviors etc. we should give them a time-out penalty to them for not to queue in matchmaking for a time when they commit certain game violations. Credit Score penalty for this one is about 1-2 points. Here it as follows:
AFK behavior = 8 minute time-out from matchmaking
Negative Gaming Behavior or Low Skill Level behavior = 3 minute time-out from matchmaking
Intentional feeding behavior (usage of foul languages) = 4 minute time-out from matchmaking
Profanity Behavior (cheats like using malicious codes to the game) = 5 minute time-out from matchmaking


NOTE:
Repeated offences in the game will result to a longer time-out penalty based on its multiplier from matchmaking until the maximum of an hour.

Intentional feeding behavior is you purposely died or have too many deaths that makes enemy gained gold fast.
