i have format my device when i downloaded the game i can't login and sometimes game freeze on loading screen please help me

and when i press okay and i continue to login nothing happen
today i can't login and i will miss my events please help me fast

this not my account , cuz i fails to login in the first screen i kept play the game and doing the tutorial thing and try again to login
