Stuck at loading screen

1. Why the apps stuck on loading screen everytime i want to play ?
1.1 . Ive read some of the situation and thread , many ppl face the same problem , did we need to clear data and cache to play . ( Play the tutorial 5x a day) b4 can switch the acc .
1.2 . There is the ways to us no need to do that?
2. Im aslo stuck on switch acc. Its loading and nothing happend.
2.1.  Same as the stuck on loading , im try to find the answer on forum but im fail to solve it .

*I dont have internet issue , im using 20mbps connection . Im use oneplus 6 phone . 128gb storage .

Please help me . Tq for your assist .

Well,
You may wanna try and wait for about 20-40 seconds on the loading screen...that worked for me before otherwise you go ahead and  contact the Customers service at MobileLegendsGame@gmail.com

Still the same , ive wait more than a minite , sometime notification pop-up on screen the MLBB not responding. I want to know what its the real reason its happend . Btw , ill wait for next update , if this prob still cant be solve , im done . Thx for ur reply sir .
