Stuck at loading screen

I stuck at loading screen. I tried to reinstall game, clear data. But it only work for the first time. The next time, I open this game. I meet this issue again. I need to download 900Mb data 4 times.

this is an IOS guide but you may wanna try it out from my friend, its also not the same error or issue most likely but it may fix the problem... if it doesn't work reply here so i can give you any alternative tips

I didn't try your guide but I know a workaround with similar mechanism.
Instead of using VPN, I turn off my network (use airplane mode) after a few seconds after open ML. Then when the loading message change to xxx No data usage. I turn on my network.

But this is only a workaround. Hope this issue will be addressed soon.
