Those 2 are different or not? Why does the server number different?
The heart count is different, i mean its decreasing in after, the trophy is also different.. maybe its different account? You made a new one and forgot which is which or something maybe?
Did you made or switched to another account? Those 2 account seem different, include the server. If your account got reset the server usually still same. And you just need to contact our CS
report seems bogus
as what have the others have pointed out the obvious one is the "Server" which I believed are two (2) separate accounts.
the next part I noticed is the 'Trophy Cabinet"
First Photo with the Level 10 is actually his account, there will be badges (achieved and not yet achieved)
Second Photo is a profile were you can see via 'Check". as you can notice, only the achieved ones are shown.

Me too every time I login sometime or by a chance your account got switched
I expirence this when i login the other day I quickly notice that shiny boarder and the ign is different and her rank is legend II when I'm still GM III
