UNKNOWN ERROR

Hello,

First of all, I would like to congratulate the Moonton team for their innovative ideas. I especially love the survival mode but I keep on crashing in the game recently. A pop up appears saying that there is an unknown error then I get kicked out of the game. Every time I log in back, I still get exited out. Kindly see attched snapshot. I use IOS btw, and my friend whose an android user experiences the same.
Hope you could look into it.

This is happening mostly in ios and kinda bug.
Can you please submit this bug report to in game customer support?

Oh it happens to me before this when I play classic. I'm ios user too, so what I do is just reinstall the game, it works well so far. Hope this help!

i'm using android phone and i have the same problem ... i play like 4 minutes and then the game  stop working and turn on again and say reconnecting to game .... and after a while it say unknow error ,
