I recharged on my 2nd account for the "kagura's border event that is currently existing but is about to end" to send to my main but didn't get any diamonds. I received an email saying that my purchased was successful but didn't get anything. I need help and reply asap before the event will end.

Hello, payment issues should be directed to our customer service in-game if it hasn't arrived for quite a while now. Tho, please do remove the payment receipt for security purposes.
@o933o87256, please make a separate post c: it's best to post in the language section wherein you can express what you wanted to say in your most comfortable language.

Same thing with me. Have you gotten yours already? There seems to be a problem with their server aa they've said in game.
