Are Devs doing a great job balancing heroes?

Hello everyone i'm just gonna ask you guys if the developers are doing a great job balancing some heroes

I don't know because some player always stick to same heroes and too risky to use underated hero because they seriously care their match win rate. So I choose no.2

hmm,
some characters are a little OP, but actually i feel like they are listening when a character is too OP nowadays except for when they disagree with the community for some reason thats why for example lancelot took such a long while before he got another nerf

Not a great job balancing some heroes bcoz there still some heroes too OP and some too weak and some even neglected. Many players left/fed-up bcoz of this very slow action.

Me opine MT should actively solve the balancing before coming out with so many new heroes and mostly OP too.. hmm

Nope.  Why?  I give you fanny (and this one was down a player because of AFK.  still was unbeatable.  if this was once in 3 months, okay.  this is once or twice a day.  OP hero.  not cool):

The main OPness of her is infinite skill no CD (if hit) and the most annoying thing is moving while attacking!
Idk why evrryone not saying her OP.. she is the most OP heroes ever..
Yes you can cc her and stun her, every heroes has counter..
But try to 1 vs 1??? Maybe haya of nata can won, but fanny can wiped a team alone while haya cant...

The thing is, fanny is hard to hit while attacking. And needs good cooperation to kill her..

It's because there's just so many counters for Fanny.

It may be unpredictable for Grandmaster and below but it'll be easy to match a counter at draft pick.
Also very reliant on buffs; I don't see that much professional Fanny players nowadays that the Meta has changed and almost all of them can kill fanny easily.

Still pretty terrifying when alone.

But as a Kagura and Ruby player, I don't find her that threatening.

It's pretty unbalanced considering that some heroes are weaker and some are stronger (nothing can be extremely balanced anyway) and the Devs are doing their best to scale it down.

Still needs some improvement as to who to nerf and who to buff since I still see a lot of heroes being unused even after their buffs (like Rafaela) and those who are nerfed are still too strong.

Well, the Meta is changing once again and I think it's because the game is getting a tad bit more balanced now than before with the introduction of the new heroes and some improvements.

I feel you’re pain,sometimes  I see the enemy fanny with 3 tanky items and 3 damage items like wtf is that,these fanny mains gonna tell you ohh she has counter’s bla bla Ohhh she’s useles late game like anyfanny gonna wait until late game to become useless ,saber is no fking counter to fanny every time I ult her she’s across the map ,a gussion or Lancelot is ez to deal with I hope they nerf her when they release her new skin she gets a nerf
