4g data/ wifi connection. same thing in my case. could be server issue. im using iOS btw.

thanks for the prompt response
wish i could do this, but in the Emirates, using VPN is against the law, but i tried logged earlier today and is stable as of the moment.

at the moment, it revert to its original issue
i don't have any issue logging in, but my concern is after lobby and prior to the game itself,
it will stucked at 42% then refreshes then credit score -10
i downloaded the app as suggested and result are as follows.





the only time it will worked out for me is neither using wifi or 4g but with an aid of a paid VPN service.
but i'm hesitant to use since there are rules within the country i'm currently stayed at.

Hello same issue here. But you can try to download VPN proxy master or open VPN. Once you already installed the VPN. Connect to any server. For example. I use VPN proxy master and connect to singapore server. Once im connected to the VPN. I can open already and login my mobile legends.  The cons of this vpn. It is quite lag. Or not all vpn server can run mobile legend. Just do a trial and error. Try first singapore server in vpn proxy master.  Thanks

how to contact customer support apart from logging in game, i tried the icon with a headset on it but it has only auto reply function, i just started this game around first week July, so your assistance would be highly appreciated. thanks and best regards.

i tried VPN but from where I am currently residing in the middle east, it is somewhat prohibited.  we can't connect to a VPN server using mobile data apart from using wifi environment. and if get caught using VPN, there are hefty fines, so I am avoiding going VPN route. thanks and best regards.
