Network Connection Failed on Particular account

Hi
I have two Moonton account.
chauhananshu0784@gmail.com and ansh.chauhan@gmail.com. When i login with account "chauhananshu0784@gmail.com" it work totally fine . But when i switch to account "ansh.chauhan@gmail.com"  i got error "Network Connection Failed ". Reconnecting.... . Please help me regarding this

Downloaded the app, but what is the port for those ip addresses ??
And we cant login the game how can we contact the in game cusomter service

You can use VPN to login.
use port 8080 and lemme know.
