Hi I can't login. Been like this the whole day. My daughter's able to login but mine gets stuk and it says something about network connection but my network is perfectly fine. Never had an issue and I've been playing for over a year until this day. Pls help thanks. ( I also can't login therefore I can't contact customer service through that route)
