NEED HELP unable to login. Error connection

Hello,

Can someone help me because I cannot login or open my mobile legends. After loading there will be a pop up message saying error connection even though i have good connection. Im using IOS device. Here are the troubleshoot that i tried but didnt resolve the issue

1. Reinstall the application ( the mobile legend works after reinstallation but after the tutorial. Once i bind my account from FB. After restarting the application. The error happen again :( i think this is account issue)

2. Restart device ( didnt resolve )

3. I try to login my account to other IOS device that is mobile legend is currently working. ( once I bind my account to their device. The error also occur and Their mobile legend is not working anymore and saying error connection also. Sad to say I broke their mobile legend :( )



Please help me with this. I thinkk the issue is in my account and my server. Here is my ID and server

Oh, I see. I also stumbled upon a past post stating that his/her account is experiencing a network problem since July 20. Well, you have tried almost all the possible things you can do in your account and what we can suggest. I've experienced this also getting the -1 ms and additionally getting ping spikes. What you can do now is report to the ML devs directly. I fixed mine by just waiting for a new patch update and after the patch I reinstall the game and the network work just fine now. For now just do other things and come back tomorrow or for 2 days. I hope ML fix this network problem issues ASAP.

Have you tried using any other connection like WiFi or Data? You can also try using VPN if it helps.

Yes. I tried already usig other connections. Problem still exist.

Yes i download VPN proxy master and  only singapore server is working in my mobile legend.but the ping is so high that is why im not convince to use Vpn.

Im really wonder, once i bind my account to other IOS device the error occur but when they are using their own account. mobile legend is working :( do you think there is issue between ny account and the server? :( thanks btw

What account are you using in binding your past account? And may I know if how long since you've last used you account without this connection error?

Hello. Im using my FB Account in binding my mobile legend account. Starting july 20. I cannot login  in my mobile legend. :( the error that is popping out is error connection. -1ms ping. But i have good connection. Stated above are the troubleshoot that i did. :( still didnt work

Yeah. Theres no way i can do. Hahahaha. I need to patiently wait to the dev team to help me. Thanks.

Have you tried opening it while on VPN and once you reach ingame you change connections?

Yes. Mobile legend is disconnecting after i remove the connection from VPN. It will pop up the connection error again. :( please help. Thanks!
