Yes, I replied correctly, not a random error. I've been restarting the app but, it doesn't work

Tap on the blue head set icon on the top left corner besides google play games icon or facebook like icon.
Go to help>1. account problem
select game reinstall.
get the account retrieve form and fill it up.
Submit and wait.

Account		Remember me	Forgot password?
Password			Register now.
