Honestly chou is weaker..

Hello,
So i am not the kind of guy that likes to say “oh this hero is OP or this hero is underpowered” because they all have potential at the end and same goes for chou..but his first skill having 11 seconds cooldown at early games makes him so...i don’t know, there is something i have to adapt to i guess but it makes chou way more limited in diving and playing aggressively the buffs he got weren’t any neccesary too..so i feel like the compensation between the nerfs of him and the buffs of him are quite bad because everything that got buffed was pretty much fine before and dindn’t need a buff really..

I really hope that people agree that chou is simply not as strong as he was in the last patch

Chou is really useless now. Can't spam stun and CD is awful. I I don't understand why increased CD is considered buff or adjustment when Chou is really depend on ability-hero (not depend on basic attack hero).

Developer reworked Chou so Chou can play more aggresive than before. but with increased CD, I think Chou player will play more defensive because they cant spam stun and shunpo and can't use kicking ass like before.  Thats what I thought.

WHATTT! I just started liking to play Chou and I never thought that his CD is nerfed. Why does ML nerfing heroes that I just bought coincidentally? But glad to see that they increased his attack although I barely use his basic attack.

anyone who thought giving him more range but more CD is considered a buff really deserve getting smacked on their head :p (moonton included)

The reason why they rework chou is they make event to get free chou (Claude Event). Idk because I never use him yet.

martis both skills 10 sec and second is all levels 10sec  its normal spam is op

You forgot how much damage martis does compared to chou? I guess he can be OP too but since chou is usually built with a damage build

you will notice the dfifrence alot tbh..he is itended to play way more defensive now
