can we just agree that they always f*ck up chou in every adjustment which they give to him?
-1st they decrease his kick range back in april 2017
-2nd they remove his immunity while ulting
-3rd they COMPLETELY REMOVE his overall immunity
-4th now they change his 1st skill CD mechanism (longer and not spam-able anymore)

oh yeah i'm a chou and hayabusa main every since both of them were released
guess what they did to both of them...

Is the condition for the start of the cooldown of first skill at the patch note mistranslated? Otherwise I will report it as a bug.
