If it's hacked, you'll clearly see it if there's another account bound to any of the social platforms. Just like what the messages says, you should try contacting customer service regarding it.

Ask them about the error you are having. If you notice any unusual activities, then your acc is indeed hacked but if not, then, let's not jump into conclusions.
