Could not upload photo on customer service

The upload image button on the customer service is not clickable. I noticed this since around the start of the season 8 (april) and until now it hasn't been fixed. Maybe the problem is just my phone but anyways please help me resolve this one.

Have you tried allowing the game's access to your gallery on Settings?

Permissions are all enabled for ML. Does the customer service use external browsers like chrome to be opened?

I can access my storage via this button so I don't think the problem's on the permissions.

Nope it doesn't open any external applications, it'll just open your gallery and make you pick a photo to upload.

You're not the only one. I got same issue couple days ago. When I did report about my Balmond skin animation bug, I couldn't upload a screenshot either. It's unclickable. Couple times ago I still could upload an image for report, but for that last one I couldn't.

It looks like there's something bug in customer support section, but I still kept and sent a report without an image, even though it won't really helpful my report.

Fortunately, I could resolve the problem myself, so I didn't need to do report again. But this problem should need to be fix, if someday I need to do some reports in customer support.
