Free Hero Selection in Mirror Mode

I request is just show a list of the heroes you have then let 4 allied players vote for a certain hero. Then last 15 sec/s before match starts players will all use the same hero in a team (marjority the first 3 players pick the same hero will trigger the whole team using that hero chosen).
For example:
Cyclops, Vexana, Gord, Clint, Moskov, Gatotkaca, Martis, Karina, Lesley, Natalia, Aurora, Lapu-Lapu, Moskov, Layla, Johnson, Karrie, Roger etc.

(3 players who choose the same hero will trigger the team to use the same hero as well)
Here are the hero team battle examples:
Cyclops team VS Roger team
Roger team VS Clint team
Moskov VS Lapu-Lapu team

(Both teams can use the same hero like this:)
Vexana team VS Vexana team
Roger team VS Roger team
Moskov team VS Moskov team
