I've been hard stuck in GM for like a week, bouncing between GM 1-3. Tired of getting teams that feed 0/10 or afk/troll

I mainly play Lesley, but can play other roles. My win rate was 74% but has dropped to 61% from these teams
KD of 5.7, average 1-2 deaths a game. Last 3 games were 5/1/15, 11/3/4, 5/2/3 with most hero damage and turret damage
