Account banned for a week

Hi, my game ID is 62968723 and user name is Loony
Logged in to find an account ban of 1 week for no reason.

Any idea how to find out?

Can you send a message to the customers service at MobileLegendsGame@gmail.com? Also the main reasons for bans are usually due to 3rd party purchases

Yes specialltly when you are using VPN to make lag other players or you are one of the poorist people here in philippine using VPN cost you have no money to buy load so youre using free internet VPN and other player complaining why lag and whos using VPN

Already sent but still no reply. I don't purchase anything from the game nor use VPN

I would wait a bit longer, usually their reply times are long..if they dont send tommorow try to resend the email (with your ID, ign and server number)

3rd party purchases are all the purchases outside the game except for codashop i believe
