Do we still need cyclops starlight skin?

Based on some leaked SL Skin on Sept'18.. It's show that the next month SL skin was CYCLOPS.We know that cyc already have S.A.B.E.R Epic Skin that cost 899 dm.
I think it's better to change the Sept SL Skin to another hero.

So.. Someone will say : "Lancelot also have Epic Skin and August SL Skin was Lancelot-Dark Earl"
This is different bro, that Epic Lancelot was cost 3k-4k diamond and just a little bit player have that skin, so it's good to have that lancelot SL skin.
But that cyc epic skin cost 899 diamond and alot of player have that skin.

I will buy SL every month, just for the exclusive skin collection but having epic skin before SL skin was so sad for me because the epic one have a cool card animantion on loading screen.

As a cyclops player i want a starlight for cyclops.
I think its good choice since he is one of the mostly used hero in past. other than that epic cost 18 usd right? But starlight 10.59 usd. Just my opinion.

I dont see really a purpose to remove the starlight skin and give it to someone else..i mean every hero will get a starlight anyway

Honestly we need more Layla skins. There is not enough Layla SL

Starlight is based from the most popular hero of the previous month. I dont really see a neccesary reason to remove it and replace it with other heroes.
