The problem is after choosing a hero, the load stays at 50%, then the screen turns black or automatically goes out, this problem did not have it with the previous patch.

I reinstalled the game many times, erase all the data and send evidence to the customer, but it remains the same, please there are already many complaints about this. I can't play this game, my retion is so low

I have the same problem! Moreover, ping spikes from 60 to 283 ms intermittently during play. It happened after the last update. Please help!!!

Have also reinstalled the game, cleared cache and data several times...still the same problem!

Yes. Not sure though if it was filed...it was stuck on the "we are verifying all the information..." page (see screensot). How do ii track it? Tnx!

Hello i got this problem too. My phone is LG G3 d855 with custom rom AOSP extended. .

I never get this problem before, until latest patch
